Intensification of oil and gas inflow from wells
The Asia Yollary Economic Society, together with AMA ENGINEERING LLC and INTECHENGINEERING LLC, have developed an innovative physicochemical method of influencing the bottomhole zone of the formation using a liquid chemical reagent of complex action "ARS-20" and equipment for hydroacoustic wave action using a hydraulic monitor of the Mosquito GM-88 as an intensifying composition in cases of lack of injectivity during injection of intensifying compounds, a device for barocyclic action of the Hercules P-94 pulsator was developed.
Liquid chemical reagent of complex action "AРС-20" - a mixture of non-ionic surfactants, inorganic salts and other additives of the intended purpose. Biodegradable fire-proof compound belonging to class 4 of low-hazard compounds (according to GOST 121 007-76).
The hydromonitoring technology is based on the use of the Mosquito hydraulic monitor, which generates vibrations due to the flow energy of the pumped active fluid. This makes it possible, due to the jet effect, to create conditions for a high rate of injection of chemicals directly in the perforation interval of wells, and the formed acoustic field affects the properties of the productive formation - formation fluid system.
The technology of barocyclic impact on the bottomhole zone of the formation, including the combination of physical and chemical methods of impact. To create a system of channels and restore reservoir permeability, technological approaches are used, based on a series of hydraulic impacts by Hercules equipment installed in specified intervals of low-permeability, highly calcated reservoirs. When conducting hydraulic impacts, a network of microcracks is created, and the use of intensifying compounds allows you to remove formation contamination or create new deeply penetrating dissolution channels bypassing the contaminated section of the productive formation.
